THERE IS A PATHWAY FROM UNHOUSED TO HOUSED
The many agencies and individuals involved in the Northeast Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness are working together to create the best individualized Pathway to housing for everyone experiencing homelessness in Northeast Michigan.
The Pathway is not the same for everyone, and shouldn’t be. Some folks just need a little guidance while in crisis, others may need lifetime supports, and most will be somewhere inbetween. The resources available through the Coalition are provided based on assessment results and are personalized for each individual and family.
